How the build works
We demo the old surface, regrade and compact the base, then dry-set premium travertine pavers over a screeded sand bed with a sealed border course. Most decks are walkable again in five to seven working days, and the permit paperwork — when the scope requires it — is handled in-house with Hillsborough County.
