If you’re considering building a pool in the Tampa Bay area—no question, choose Wahoo Pools. I spent a significant amount of time researching and interviewing multiple companies, and Wahoo was a clear standout from the start. What set them apart early on was their personalized approach. They took the time to truly understand what I wanted, while also bringing expert guidance and ideas to elevate the design. They were incredibly patient throughout the process - walking me through options, educating me where needed, and never rushing decisions or cutting corners. The quality of their work, materials, and overall execution is excellent. It’s clear they operate at a higher standard, not just in the build itself but also in their warranties and ongoing service, which gave me a lot of confidence in the investment. Our project was more than just a pool build - we ended up including decking, a covered structure, turf, putting green, and multiple outdoor living elements. Wahoo handled all of it seamlessly, and at a reasonable cost, which made a huge difference. Their team was attentive, communicative, and quick to address any questions or adjustments. They were also very flexible as we made a few changes and additions along the way. Additionally, they not only walked me through every step leading up to the build (like moving power and plumbing lines), but also helped future-proof the space by advising on decisions that support possible needs or enhancements down the line. Most importantly, the end result exceeded expectations. We now have a true backyard oasis that feels thoughtfully designed and incredibly well executed. Because of the trust they earned throughout this project, it was a no brainer to use Wahoo for my ongoing pool service needs too. I would absolutely recommend Wahoo Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed, and personalized experience.

We had a major pool and patio remodel in Feb/Mar 2026. Before I went with Wahoo Pools, I got multiple estimates, but what sold me on Wahoo Pools is they use the true Pebble Tec, but also, the salesman, Tim answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. I am that person who asks 20+ questions. :) As with any major remodel or new construction, there will be some issues that pop up. Customer Service can make or break the experience. Though there were some communication issues with my project manager, Pete, they all got worked out in the end. In fact, everyone I’ve worked with at Wahoo Pools (Marcos and his team- tear down/build up, Jimmy- problem solving, Jason- co-project manager, Pebble Pros- Pebble Tec installers, the service team- Jesus, Alex, Chuck & Bibi….there are others but I don’t have or remember their names), they have all been professional, kind and accommodating. But there is one person in particular that gets major accolades and he is the reason I gave the Five-star review other than a four-star review, and that person is Jesus, the Service Manager. Not only did we get a full pool and patio remodel, we replaced all of our pool equipment. Jesus has been a saving grace! He has gone above and beyond to assist us with ordering and installing all of our new pool equipment and doing so meticulously. He has alleviated the angst I had been feeling towards Wahoo. So again, though issues may arise, how those issues are dealt with are of the upmost importance and one person can and did make all the difference.

We used Wahoo for our new pool build in South Tampa, and I am very happy with the overall service, price and speed that Wahoo provided. From the start, our sales agent (Tim) was very patient with us as we worked through numerous design revisions, questions and price questions. We never felt pressured at any point in this process. We had also contacted several other companies during this time, and Wahoo offered the best overall price for the entire project. During the build, there were some unexpected issues that popped up, but our main project manager (Dave) was always transparent with us and focused on delivering us a pool on-time. Dave delivered us a pool within 90 days and on budget as originally promised. After the pool was filled, I can't say enough great things about Bibi who taught us how to work our pool and Alex who came by to check the chemicals for the first several weeks. Both were extremely patient and went out of their way to answer any questions we had, including answering questions on nights and weekends. Wahoo also has a great team behind the scenes, including Ashley, who worked with us throughout the permitting process and stayed connected with us throughout the build. Overall, I am happy to recommend Wahoo, and I think the results speak for themselves!

Wahoo persisted through COVID Jun 2020 – Feb 2021 Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Outstanding job Wahoo! They worked through the challenges and delivered a dreamy little pool that rose above our expectations. The project from start to finish took about six months. It would have been completely finished by the new year, however, the EasyPool system was on back order and took another two months to arrive. As soon as it came in, they were out to install it. It’s been a year now since the project began and we are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful pool. We receive many complements and the EasyPool system is amazing!! I barely lift a finger to maintain this pool. I’m glad the guys talked me into getting the Chlorine pool with EasyPool system. In conclusion, I got to watch every phase of the project more closely than many folks get to, due to COVID. I strongly believe there is NO perfect pool install. There ARE going to be logistics and communications issues. Wahoo Pools did a great job navigating through a pandemic and its issues to deliver a pool that reached beyond our expectations.
