My wife and I were fully preparing for a nightmare as we had pool companies one after the other give us quotes on a remodel. Our pool wasn’t in terrible shape, but it definitely wasn’t up to our standards and was in need of some renewing. We were about fed up with the ridiculous quotes and typical sales nonsense about why their product was better than someone else’s and then came Paradise Pools! What a breath of fresh air! No BS sales pitch, straight forward pricing and real down to earth people and employees! Ama and her team are beyond incredible. You can tell they are very proud of the product they produce and our pool turned out spectacular. I won’t say the entire project went perfectly, but what was perfect was their response to the imperfections! If my wife and I saw something that wasn’t quite right we showed it to them and they absolutely made it right without argument. They treated our pool project as if it were in their own backyard. Paradise Pools workmanship is comparable to those high end pools without all the high end pricing. They weren’t the cheapest, but the quality standard matched the pricing and I wouldn’t change a thing. We are so happy with the company that we hired them on to maintain the pool service to keep it just the way it appears now!
